Do you have a process or notification that you think could be done better and faster. Maybe youve got some automation on your site to notfiy you by email when something happens, a target is met etc?

Maybe you havent got one but would like something like that...

Or what about customer queries? how would you like an automated system to reply to customer requests? Weve got one of these running on an escort agency site which works as follows:

1. Customer send text containing keywords, for example "availability today".
2. App queries database, pulls details of escorts working on the requested day
3. constructs text reply and sends it back to customer

All in the blink of a japs eye.

I can take what youve got or develop something new and add in an SMS facility so instead of constantly checking your emails or your sites stats you can receive an SMS notification.

Possible uses
Automatic query replies.
Booking confirmations
Stock query
Site monitoring (receive a text notification if your site goes down)

And so much more (Im just not bright enough to come up with the ideas!)
