Saturday's big dinner night ~ how about Ginger and garlic marinated chicken breast, sauted and simmered with broccoli and carrots julienne in chicken broth and teriyaki sauce sprinkled with red pepper, topped with cashews. Side of white rice and a WHOLE LOT OF SAKE!
