Condolenses To All The Saddam Lovers And AMerica Haters

Seriously, my sincerest condolenses to JoeSuxprick, Stanton, Stocktrader23, Labret, all the scary GFY intelligentia, all the America haters, Jack Chirac, John Chretien, the Germans, the French, the Russians, to all of you. I know how the pictures of joyous Iraqis being liberated by American and British troops must hurt like a good swift kick to your collective nuts.

Take some time off, do something that makes you feel happy, anything to distract your mind from the horrorific scenes you were forced to endure from Baghdad yesterday.
If you still feel depressed, strip yourself naked and curl up in the fetal position, rock yourself to sleep muttering 'It's all about the oil..........it's all about the oil...........'. Sleep will free you for a little while, a respite.

In a few days this will blow over and you can return to your scary intellectual ways pointing out hypocrisy everywhere it exists. Of course you still won't offer any solutions but that's ok, we can't expect more from a room temperature IQ.

First of all. Having a different opinion has nothing to do with hateing someone or a country or do you always kick your Girlfriend out when she has a different opinion?

Now the people are cheering but lets see how long they cheer. Just winning a war in a quick manner does not prove right or wrong. Those people cheered for Saddam and now they cheer for for the next guy who comes in. They sure as hell don't love the US all of a sudden

Mutt 04-10-2003 07:29 AM

you're right, how could I forget Susan Sarandon, Janine Garofalo, Sean Penn, BJ Hunnicutt, Rosie O'Donnell, Barbra Streisand and the rest of the Hollywood commies.

Don't worry about them, they will get over this heartache. They can return to what they do best - screaming and humiliating their Mexican housekeepers, consultations with cosmetic surgeons, auditioning for the remake of Porkys............

shut the fuck up Helmut.

Nobody is asking anybody to love the Americans, what we hope they love is 'freedom'. Get over your envy Helmut.
The Iraqi people have been given a glorious opportunity now to become the jewel of the Middle East where the people share in that wealth and determine their own futures. Kinda like America huh?

If the Iraqis fuck up this opportunity shame on them. At least Hussein and the danger he presented for the rest of the world is gone. If they want to go back to hating and fighting each other, there is nothing we can do about that. That lesson has been learned in other places. You can lead a horse to water ..........

The real war is just beginning. That is, the war for lasting freedom in Iraq. Saddam being gone is nice n shit, but more important is what will happen now. Democracy? Civil war? A fundamentalist Islamic regime? That is the important question now, the one which will tell whether the war in itself (without considering international relations) was right or wrong.

AM Jeff 04-10-2003 08:39 AM

Yeap..its nice to see the Iraqi people free.
I do believe that the people of Iraq will be fine.

I hope that other Arab countries that were totally against the war and felt that the Iraqi people were against the war and removal of Saddam, asll well, as Bin Laden himself. Takes a good hard look at the TV and the reaction of the people there.

Its a shame that people have to live in fear and cannot express their political views openly, without the threat of being torchered or killed.

That makes me fucking proud to be an American and thanful I live here.:thumbsup

Yeah.. it's very sad and they HAVE shown that. What about the children who starve to death every day because the leaders of their countries are vicious tyrants? How many children will be sold into slavery in the sex trade in asia today? How many children will be abused or killed by their own parents? How many children will lose limbs in car accidents with drunk drivers, heavy machinery, etc? The world is full of terrible things, it's a hard place for children.. My heart goes out to those poor little souls who don't understand their suffering. But get off your high horse and show the whole picture. Future generations of children in Iraq can now live free of tyrrany and the threat of Saddam killing/torturing them and/or their families.

Wonder how the little children Saddam gassed felt as the gas filled their lungs, scorched their skin and they suffocated or convulsed to death.

Hmm.

he only gassed them so they wouldn't suffer as adults.

But thats not why we went in there .Bush said on many occassions, Saddam has WMD. This is part of the war against Terrorism and he is going to sell those wmd to anybody. We have to stop him now. No WMD have shown up, dont let all the pictures of Iraqi's hugging soldiers make you forget the reason we went in there and that American soldiers died thinking they were going in there to protect our country from WMD and there is none. It was a story.

They have shown that on many different news channels and it's very sad.

But the number of people killed by Saddam and the Baath Party is far FAR greater then what was killed in this war so far. Have you seen the images of the Kurds that were gassed in 1988? Village after village of dead men, women, and children. It is estimated by Human Rights groups that he's responsible for over half a million deaths.

No, the people cheering are the ones who were getting fucked up the ass by the regime. The ones cheering against the US before are the ones the regime took care of. There's gonna be haves and have nots in any situation. If it was ALL have nots then Saddam would have been overthrown long ago by his own people.

Just the same, the fact that he had to have people test his food for poisen and have body doubles, etc... might indicate that he was teetering very close to that fine line of too many have nots but who knows.

That's a good point I'll agree. The whole "spin" changed after the war started. We go in there to supposedly protect ourselves from future terrorist attacks and don't find those kinds of tools.

However I will note that one coffee can of some viruses could kill tens of thousands of people so a WMD doesn't just mean some chem-loaded missile or a nuke, it would also be facilities/labs where viruses are produced.

AM Jeff 04-10-2003 09:14 AM

Tony, Hate to tell you this. But its a matter of time before we do find them.
Just because Saddam has them buried and stashed away doesn't mean he doesn't have them.

Even thier own Generals that we caputred have told us, he has them.

No reason for the Iraqi soldiers to have chemical weapon suits if they don't have them...right?

Yep, alot complain about the few innocent people that died from our bombs.
Innocent people always die in wars.

Care to count the innocent people that Saddam torchered, killed during his regime? Or doesn't that count either?
I bet if you count the number of innocent people that died during this war compared to what Saddam has done. The numbers will greatly outweigh the number from our bombs.

But, I guess in your eyes. The innocent people that Saddam has gassed don't count...right?

MaxDent 04-10-2003 09:23 AM

Which country goes to incredible lengths to prevent civilian deaths? Which country makes a moral choice NOT to target civilian targets?

How do you make sure that 100% of the civilian population aren't harmed during a war? If we didn't do anything then it would have been guaranteed that people would have been tortured and killed under Saddam.

Remember that Saddam has killed more Arabs than any other entity in the world.

Axis of Evil Wannabees
by John Cleese

Bitter after being snubbed for membership in the "Axis of Evil,"
Libya, China and Syria today announced that they had formed the "Axis of Just as Evil," which they said would be more evil than that stupid Iran-Iraq-North Korea axis President Bush warned of in his State of the Union address.

Axis of Evil members, however, immediately dismissed the new Axis as having, for starters, a really dumb name. "Right. They are just as evil. . . in their dreams!" declared North Korean leader Kim
Jong-il. "Everybody knows we're the best evils . . . best at being evil, we're the best."

Diplomats from Syria denied they were jealous over being
excluded, although they conceded they did ask if they could join the Axis of Evil. "They told us it was full," said Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. "An axis can't have more than three countries," explained Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. "This is not my rule, it's tradition. In World War II you had Germany, Italy, and Japan in the evil Axis. So, you can only have three, and a secret handshake. Ours is wickedly cool."

International reaction to Bush's Axis of Evil declaration was
swift, as within minutes, France surrendered. Elsewhere,
peer-conscious nations rushed to gain triumvirate status in what has become a game of geopolitical chairs.

Cuba, Sudan and Serbia announced that they had formed the "Axis of Somewhat Evil," forcing Somalia to join with Uganda and Myanmar in the "Axis of Occasionally Evil," while Bulgaria, Indonesia and Russia established the "Axis of Not So Much Evil Really as Just Generally Disagreeable."

With the criteria suddenly expanded and all the desirable clubs
filling up, Sierra Leone, El Salvador, and Rwanda applied to be called the "Axis of Countries That Aren't the Worst But Certainly Won't Be Asked to Host the Olympics."

Canada, Mexico and Australia formed the "Axis of Nations That Are
Actually Quite Nice But Secretly Have Some Nasty Thoughts About
America," while Scotland, New Zealand and Spain established the
"Axis of Countries That Want Sheep to Wear Lipstick." "That's not a threat, really, just something we like to do," said Scottish Executive First Minister Jack McConnell.

While wondering if the other nations of the world weren't perhaps making fun of him, a cautious Bush granted approval for most axes, although he rejected the establishment of the "Axis of Countries Whose Names End in 'Guay," accusing one of its members of filing a false application. Officials from Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chadguay denied the charges.

Israel, meanwhile, insisted it didn't want to join any Axis, but
privately world leaders said that's only because no one asked
them.

Who cares what happens next?

US fought on Japan's side in World War I and a few decades later zeros suddeny descended out of the sky on Pearl Harbor.

US and Russia fought side by side in WW II and then went into a long and scary Cold War.

US gave Osama weapons to fight USSR and then later Osama turned on us.

US nuked Japan in 1940's and are now good friends.

US soldiers are buried in France from two world wars and today many Americans won't even buy champagne and the French have a knife half-way in Uncle Sam's back.

Let's just get the WMD's and get outta there.

After none of the extreme lefts predictions came true, now this bullshit is their next calling card. Iraq admitted they had various chemical and biological weapons in 1998. And that is just the things they openly declared, which knowing saddaam was a microscopic fraction of what he has.

Now the regime cant use their money and power to develop that stuff in Iraq.

Plenty of shit will be found, so go ahead and get your next spin ready.
