Newbie questions

Hi, I'm a fairly new webmaster. I tried my hand at TGP's, submitting galleries, got over 200,000 uniques and 0 signups! I'm using MaxCash as a sponsor. My current ratio from TGP traffic is 1:1000. I'm now looking at alternative ways of getting traffic to my main site and considering getting it listed on Richards Relm, Tommy's etc. Please can someone tell me roughly how much traffic I could expect from having a main site listed here? I'm asking because I currently have too much advertising on my currently free site to get listed and need to know if it will be worth removing some.

Thanks for your help!

First of all, lesson one in this business. Its not Quantity but rather Quality of your traffic that matters.

Lesson two. Get the highest quality domains you can either afford to acquire or think of matched to specific niches.

True - I make more money if I only promote a few sites.
I tried promoting a shit load of them all at once and it didn't work out.

The key I've learn is to keep it simple.

Works for me. :thumbsup
