I have a site where we show 360degree pictures of houses for sale.

I need 3 templates for the customers to chose from

What im looking for is a clean design, chose the colors yourself.

come on - Who dont want to make $100 a month, for just a freaking template?

So, you're reselling the template? And we earn $8 for royalties?

So you want 3 template about selling a house!
And the price is a 8$ after you sell the template or something...

seriously, you want 3 templates (let's say $100 regular price for each of them) and you will pay $8, which means that the designer will get the regular price in 4 months (assuming your numbers are real which nobody, even you could know since I guess you don't have a crystal ball). And even worse, this is a contest! So you want people to work for free, then get the best work of all and not pay a dime until you get paid first? And the one who made the winning work will need to wait at least 4 months to get the money he'd get in a minute via Paypal by selling his/her work as usual with regular prices? Maybe someone will get into this, but I really doubt it.
If you know it will make an x amount of money, then take it into consideration and offer something real, otherwise you'll get just crap if you get anything. It's just like the other thread of a guy making a $ 20 contest for a cartoon logo, you can't even take it seriously.

If you had a look at the page before you started to run your big mouth, you would s that the work that needs to be done, is less than a TGP gallery (those people do for $10 these days)

AND THEY GET ACCES TO THE STATS; SO THEY CAN SE HOW MANY BOUGHT THE TEMPLATE. !!!!

IM GIVING POOR DESIGNERS WHO NEED THE MONEY A CHENCE TO MAKE $100-150 a month, so SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!!!!

The Template is only one freaking page


This is how it works.
When one of my customers use our service:
1 - Thy chose one of the 3 templates.
2 - That template is then converted into a microsite by a script I made myself
3 - The microsite is used in ads on other websites and newspapers
4 - When the customer chose your site, a e-mail is send to you
5 - you can log in, at any time to se the stats, and how many times your tempate have been used. Every time a template us used by a customer, you get $8

this contest is getting nowhere fast ...
