Agreed. If you are good at what you do you can sell any site. The extra press from him being in it is just a bonus and I could see it taking off with the right marketing. Porn is a wild business to be in because many people that couldn't make a dime in a regular biz make some cash on it and think they have the answer to what people want.

Marketing is key. I could sell the most played out content on the internet and have a paysite that rivals some of the big boys if I chose to. Some people will just never believe this regardless of what you do or say.
