few years ago, Skopje was the market of most of the ex USSR nuclear weapons and resources.

The first nuclear weapons the atomic fission bombs can level several city blocks quicker then you can blink your eyes. Today the atom bomb is nothing more then the trigger head for the fussion hydrogen bomb which is 70x as powerfull. Russia set the world record for the biggest nuclear blast which was measured on the rictor scale around the world.
Weapons like these don't need to be in the hands of a dictatorship goverment that can't even run its own country properly.

North Korea is entitled to *TRY* to develop nuclear weapons, just as any other country is entitled to *TRY* to stop them. In the context of international relations there are no such things as "rights".
