Did the war give WMD to terrorists?
 

In the resulting chaos have WMD slipped into terrorist hands? how many weapons dumps did we see being detonated? There were a few.. all left unguarded.. What of the troops supposedly in control of WMD? In charge of a valuable commodity after the collapse of the regime they've got a gold mine in their hands they can sell to the highest bidder. What of the "terrorists" local and imported for the war able to salvage WMD for later use? - do you think we're in a better position in terms of WMD threat now than before the war?
Don't forget that although there are cheering crowds on tv, there were also massive crowds hunting for downed pilots along the bank of the tigris river, and radical suicide bombers.. there are still several million people that aren't happy.

Maybe we have flushed a bunch of WMD into terrorist hands at once instead of a slow trickle over a period of time.

Whatever WMD Iraq has I assume would be well squirreled away in secret tunnels and bunkers and whatnot. I don't think they were just sitting around waiting for folks to pick them up and carry them off.

I don't mean civilians. I mean the people who would have actually known where they were contacting the right people with either the cause or $ in their eyes. By unguarded compounds I don't mean for kids to wander in and take vials of VX, I mean unguarded against soldier looting.

I think alot of weapons made it to Syria. Iraq knows it would have been a dumb idea to deploy WMD, for a couple reasons alone.

- The US military is well prepared to under go chemical/biological warfare. I bet if Iraq deployed WMD they would probably kill more of iraqi soilders then US/Britian forces.

-The use of chemical/biological weapons would cause more countries to fall pro war.

It is a scary thought if WMD have already been disturbuted to terrorist. I think syria has aquired them most likely. If syria has obtained Iraq's WMD then there is a good chance the weapons will fall in the hands of terror

Syria has terrorist offices with business cards, street addresses, etc... And today when the SecDef said he was 'very concerned' about the WMD's going elsewhere then I'd say it's a safe bet that we have intell that some of that shit made it to Syria...

and I agree 100% with you that if they made it to Syria, they will make it into the hands of terrorists....

I already seen on the news that alot of Iraqi military officers was skipping border to Syria. How much do you wanna bet that sometime in the future the war on terror front will fall in Syria?
