We had that same problem. They made us transfer ownership of the domains to them. However, they let the registration lapse at the next renewal and now a different smut-peddler has them. The net result is they spent about $5k+ to have 2 crappy domains for 6 months.

i don't think they can do anything about that, as long as you're not defacing any of their logos, or anything like that. a friend of mine has been having the go-round with alltel and his alltelsucks.org site. apparently he had troubles when he made their logo look a lot like alltel, but since haven't been able to do anything. :2 cents:
