I've seen a video like this before made by some artist people.

The tires go up the ramp because they are weighed at their tops, and when bumped, the weights make them roll up the ramp.

The video I saw before went on for more than a half an hour and had all kinds of fucked up chemical reactions and fire and shit as some of the props.

BTW It is 100% real with no CGI - the uphill wheels were weighted in a certain manner, apparently it took 605 takes
