Firstchoice Pay

Do you mean that Payoneer will move its Adult userbase into a new brand, Firstchoice Pay?

Since you are here, on this forum, and saying "YOUR PAYMENT NEEDS", there is no other way to understand it, at least not for me.

As of February 1st, 2017, Payoneer will work alongside Firstchoice Pay to support all of your payment needs. You will now have an online account for both Payoneer and Firstchoice Pay, as well as a dedicated prepaid MasterCard® for each. Payments from specific platforms will remain in Payoneer, while others will transition to Firstchoice Pay.
What is the exact goal? Move away adult clients to a different brand?

Yes, that was already in the statement.

The question was, is this a way to move the Adult related payments into a separate name and brand?

Please note:
On February 1st, 2017, for purpose of transitioning your account to Firstchoice Pay, your account will be updated with the Firstchoice Pay Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By continuing to use your account after February 1st, 2017, you are confirming that you have read and agree to them. If you do not want to transition your Payoneer account to a Firstchoice Pay account, you may use the remaining funds on your card and contact Payoneer Customer Care to close your account.
Links in email.

Dan, your answers are rather vague and do not address the questions being asked here. Thus, please answer the following questions.
  1. Will existing Payoneer Cards from CHOICE bank still be valid after Feb 1, 2017?
  2. If NO to #1, when will the existing cards stop working?
  3. If NO to #1, when will new cards be sent out?
  4. If NO to #1, will existing card owners be required to reapply via each affiliate program?
  5. If NO to #1, will existing card owners have to provide new documentation?
  6. If YES to #1, will further functionality be added, such as the ability to transfer to existing credit card, to bank accounts, etc?
  7. WHO will be leading the transition, Payoneer, FirstChoicePay, or each affiliate program?
  8. Will the existing Payoneer site continue to be the login site, or will there be a new site?
  9. What happens to the documentation already stored with Payoneer? Will it be transferred to FirstChoicePay, or destroyed?

If you could answer these questions, it would be appreciated.

Payoneer and Firstchoice pay are working together to ensure the transition to be as seamless for you as possible. Logging in details, should not bee changed on February, re-applying should not be required, nor providing the same documents again.
You are more than welcome the support center at Payoneer during and even the transition, so we can check if you actually need a new card.
Thanks!

So let's repeat the question again:
Is this a move to throw out all Adult related payments from the Payoneer brand?

Why is the question being avoided?

Hey Dan,

I wrote to your support about a week ago and i haven't got any response so far, so i figured, i ask this here.

My issue is that i can't seem to use my Firstchoice Pay card online. It's activated and have sufficient funds. I tried to pay two utility bills of two different companies and i also tried to use my card at an online retail store, none of those worked, the card was declined in all 3 cases. I was able to withdraw cash from the card at the ATM and i'm also able to use it for offline purchases with no issue, but it doesn't work online.

It's rather strange, because the card is issued by Choice Bank Ltd., which is the same bank, which issues the Payoneer cards and i've never experienced such issue with any of my Payoneer cards before.

Do you have any insight on this?

Thanks
