Okay necessary tools:

ACDSee or another image browser ( I prefer acdsee)
Arles
Photoshop

Okay we have a bunch of different templates, some for diabolical, and one main one for hand submits.

Anyway...I open acdsee and choose all of my images for each template and rename them 01-15.

I put them in a folder label it by sponsor and date and then all those go into a dated upload folder.

I then open arles and using preset sizes I have it batch resize all of my large images.

I then open up Photoshop and using presets for each template I crop each thumb for the smaller images.

I then upload to the server.

I can do about 10 different galleries in a few hours using this method.

I've found they best way is to surf the big TGPs until you find a gallery that you like. Save it, change the affiliate code and upload it. Submit with auto submitter. If you get busted, just say you got it off a mate or you bought it on ebay. Spend the rest of the day posting on message boards and anally masturbating.
