We did reply to you, on December 18th. You emailed us and told us you ordered content 3 years ago and your download links no longer work.
We informed you the links expire after one year. We also informed you we would see if we could do something to help you, but that won't be until after new years.

Yeah I followed up and got no reply.

I didn't sign any agreement that said content "expires" after a year and that text isn't anywhere on your site.
