How stressed are you?
On a day to day basis, how stressed would say you are?

I usually blow up like a raging lunatic so generally 99% of the time a 1 and here and there a 10, good to get that shit outta ya and take it out on innocent people. So I'll go with 5. :winkwink:

If I'm lucky, I'm at a 3. That happens probably just a handful of times a year.
More often than not, I'm between a 7 and a 9. Yoga helps! |
could be less stressed, but we live in a world with others. All my stress's created by others majority of the time. You know when you're having a nice day & you have a call from another, asking this or arranging that...
your day could be so sweet, but they just change it for you :2 cents: |

I should also add.... That Christmas surely doesn't stress me out. All I have to buy for is my wife and daughter, and I buy gifts for them through all year long. My wife is super easy - once a month I go shopping with her, make mental notes of what she likes, and then I buy it the next day.

When I feel stressed, I just think about the fact that I will die. In a positive way. It is not possible to stop the stress, but after you realize that it's here, then you try to start thinking about it like you are watching yourself from above - it helps.

To be fair, some stress is perfectly normal and somewhat healthy. It's part of our animal nature and we need it to survive, like when you're being chased by a mastodon, hiding from Neanderthals or trying to beat Mike Tysons punch out.

I now have nothing to be stressed about. So a 1.
