The conversion rate depends on a variety of factors including how well you spend your advertisering dollars, but a major factor is down to finding out which network has better quality traffic and that's usually something you have to test for yourself

Exactly, you have to test them yourself, it is hard (if not impossible) to tell which one will work with your traffic.

Add kimia, brokerbabe and firstmobile cash and run a split test. They all work together in a way, but each of them can deliver different results. All mentioned companies are solid tho.

EDIT : there is also mobusi, forgot about them. Or try a service like monetizer.com
