Recommend a some 'new' bands
I'm such a rock chick and I love hearing new bands. Being in the UK these days I have made more notice of how a band can be borderline huge in the States and not be heard of here at all and similarly the other way around.
Since we have such a geographical mix in the webmaster community I was curious if anyone could recomend any bands that are big outside of USA and UK that haven't broken into our markets yet. Please, no boy/girl bands..punk, metal and good old fashioned rock and roll please. |
Well as i'm spanish i will recomend you some rock/punk/metal spanish bands including mine :)

Aussie rock is awesome.
The best thing to do is jump on the TripleJ web stream. They play a good mix of current alternative stuff. http://www.abc.net.au/streaming/triplej.asx (although, the midnight to dawn shift plays alot of older stuff) *shrug* |
