Have you tried CE's Webmaster Board? You may already find your question answered, if not, Rowdy usually replies very quickly.

forverjason - like fabian said above - if you want instant support there is no better place to receive instant support than going to http://cewebmasters.com and opening a line of communication with Rowdy, Nancy and MikeB.

Between those three individuals you can always receive 'instant support'
