We've hired two new translators. Tested and confirmed native level writers, speakers, readers. Both are based in Japan.

Thee really are not any Japanese forums. The only one or two that do exist have been created by the programs themselves. These are programs that all Japanese adult webmasters belong to. But other programs cannot post there.

Your best bet? Use your company blog and post in real Japanese language (Nihongo) and SEO it properly in Japanese. People will find it.
