I suggest to talk with Netbilling

I'm voting for:

CCBill and ACpay have good support and they pay on time.

against:

I don't care for GloBill, IBill and Verotel who have had technical problems.
Some words about WSB, he has some problems with paying currently but I hope it's temporally.

By the way concerning Netbilling. I like Netbilling BUT They do not get $750 visa requirement but the banks do except for offshore accounts. Unfortunately, they can only setup non US merchants doing over 40k per month right now.:(
