IMHO, if you want to BUY traffic, go to any place, but if you want to buy traffic that converts which is surely what yo meant to
go google adwords and start there. If you're careful you can
make a sale for abut 20 bucks. That still gives room for a profit.
Don't try shit like "free teen porn" ...
It's gotta be targetted and niche.
The rest are just traffic for traffic sake, but again, just my personal experience.
The best traffic is generated over time and costs nothing
