    What Time Will The Results Start Coming In On Tuesday?..

    We are thinking of making a night of it down at the local.....

          Polls close at 7PM EST on the east coast and they start counting. I think by 10PM EST all polls are closed. They'll probably announce the winner between 9-11PM EST at the latest, if it's not contested.
          Clinton will give her victory speech before midnight.

              Heard on one of the news channels today that the reporters are brought into a "meeting" a couple of times a day and given results (which they don't share on their broadcast since people are still voting around the country).

              And they said that unless it is VERY close, they usually know who the next President is by 5 p.m. Eastern time!

                      There should be results by 10-11PM EST at the latest, if it's not contested. With a speech by the winner before midnight

                          The results will be known fairly quickly if Clinton. If she wins NC, NH, FL its pretty much done. If Trump wins that, then it will last longer to see what Nevada does.
