I don't see what she wrong.
The job of the two main political parties is to win the election. The debates play a huge role in the election process - The White House has been both won and lost because of good and bad performances at debates. It's their job to win the debates, and short of breaking the law they pull out all of the stops to win.
Did someone give Donna Brazile one or two of the questions? Maybe? If so, is this bad on the part of Donna Brazile or the DNC? Nope - it's their job. Most likely they figured out who was going at be at the debate, asked some questions, perhaps even talked to them directly.... And picked up some information indirectly.
