    Then you ask your affiliate manager for best conversion link?

    Affiliate manager says something like " Just point to our main site (don't link to that specific niche site which is part of their network)

          Why is that BS? The main tour should be the best converting tour. And if they discover a different tour or a new tour is converting better, they should change it.
