The real question is how many jobs were lost in the Great Recession and how many new jobs in the years following the Great Recession were created to replace them.

The net gain in jobs and earnings is the only thing that really matters.

The numbers look good. How many of those jobs pay more than $10 per hour? People are working 2 or 3 jobs, it's not great.
