looks like a wierd iraqi music video...maybe he has been taking elssons from rappers and started campaignin with his 'homies'

he wasn't dancing. people around him were.

he was on top of cars pumpin his fist and twerlin...not to mention givin daps to the iraqis that were below him...most brothas wont call that dancin but whiteys will:Graucho
