Signups using different processors

I changed my primary processor from Ibill to Epoch and noticed a drop in signups. I have heard from many people that Epoch is better and you should see better numbers. I also read that the ideal is Epoch as a primary and CCBill as a secondary.

Would you agree with this?

It seems so hard to find a processor that won't let you down. I hear Ibill is going down and I don't want to loose the recurring members I have..but at the same time I don't want to continue to use a processor for better numbers that wont be around. I suffered this a few years ago with "Webcash" and lost all my members.

Any solid advice would be welcome....

I'm voting for:

CCBill and ACpay have good support and they pay on time.

against:

I don't care for GloBill, IBill and Verotel who have had technical problems.
Some words about WSB, he has some problems with paying currently but I hope it's temporally.

I want to set this up as well. Any tips as to how this will work best for our affiliates?

But you need keep in the memory that Epoch charges $750 with no compensation and only CCBill (and Jettis) who are suggesting to pay you back the $750 in processing fees over a period of months. :warning To my mind it's important fact. So I would run CCBill as a primary and Epoch as a secondary processing.

I have already paid the Visa fees for Ibill...CCBill and Epoch...that is not an issue..I don't mind having to pay the fee for a processor thats gonna stay in business and give great service.

We've switched to Epoch primary, PSWBill secondary. Have run ibill secondary for a long time. We're now support Epoch, iBill, PSWBill, WTSBank, Jettis, and soon CCBill with Truestats, our affiliate software. It makes changing the order of your processors as easy as click, click.

We're going to turn CC processors into a commodity market. If you can get the same service from someone else that easily, then they have to start competing for our business, not dicking us over.
