Does ucumseeme.com sell exit traffic or hard link traffic?
 

I don't know what you would call it when someone places your link on they're site so I called it hard link.

I just notice that they sell 10k for about $60.00 so before I sign up I would need to know if it's exit traffic or "hard linked"?
