anyone know how to uninstall an os, I have windows 200o pro,

what do you mean uninstall an operating system, doesn't make sence.....

I want to completely wipe out all the programs as well as my os from my hard drives

If you want to reinstall windows 2000, you need to make those boot disks, pop #1 in and reboot. After the all boot disks load (4 of them) there are options to reformat the drive. Just follow instructions.

get a MS Windows 98 Bootdisk to get into a prompt, use fdisk to format your drive completely, once its formatted and completely whiped out, restart and goto bios and change the boot order to read off the cd-rom first, put in the CD of the OS of your choice, and restart...
