Photoshop question???
 

I want to change the colour of this orange segment to a light neon blue but keep the rind and middle bit orange anybody know how I can do it?

Simplest way is to simply select the the part you want to colour. then use adjust hue and saturation

i musta misunderstood... i thought he wanted the "orange" part to be blue and the rind and center thing still orange...

oh well i dont have another 30 seconds to spend on this :)
