Geneva Convention - Please Clerify
 

I'm definitely for our troops, and everything we've done...but I'm unclear on one thing. JoeSixPack and other moronic anti-American conspiracists, don't even bother reading this or responding.

The Iraqis violated the Geneva Convention when they showed our troops being interrigated on their national TV station. I'm watching Fox now and a soldier just said live "They're receiving medical treatment now...interrigation will commence soon after" as a live picture showed of all of the citizens (POWs?) sitting in a field.

Is this legit because they're civilians that put up no fight and just basically said "help me" so they're not considered the enemy, and any "interrigation" is just getting information from us to help ourselves, and them out?
