These soldiers have families if that was the case the families would have spoken about their missing sons and daughters to the media by now.

too lazy to translate, i was just reading analytic report, and it just says that the country did not give up, diferent coalitions became into one - antiamerican, and they begin guerilla war against us troops, and day and night they attack with RPGs us troops, and in total around 3000 soldiers were killed

I think your sources are definitely skewed. If 3000 soldiers were killed, there would be no way the US government could contain that information for long. The US has a lot of different media sources (not just the big networks) that would absolutely leak this info to the masses. Not to mention, 3000 families is a lot of people to keep quiet... friends, families, etc.

This would be HUGE news by now. It's a bogus inflated body count to be sure.

3000 to 5000 is the number of civilians killed in afghanistan.. maybe thats it. I doubt 3000 soldiers died.. thats massive.
