I love it. alot.

Right now I am using Alibis and Usenet.com. Usenet.com sucks, Alibis is getting on my nerves.

Anyone recommend one?

I need usenet with all the major binaries groups, and by that I mean warez and mp3. Big daily download limits and fast servers.

I usually just find a dynamically updating list of free usenet servers and use whichever one meets whatever need I have... here's one, for example:

nah.. it died.. like those threaded bulletin board systems.

labret... newscene.com, and usenetserver.com... both had good retension and all binary groups..

You must check out GUBA: Gigantic Usnet Binaries Archive. It's affiliate program is awsome. Gives the common surfer easy access to usenet archives with out knowing a bit of the technical stuff.

I remember when I first discovered the newsgroups back in the day. I think I was on there more than the web!

Most of my favorite binaries are dead now though... or just spam graveyards. Oh well.

I think easynews.com and giganews.com are probably a little closer to what labret was asking for, though sounds like he doesnt care about the gui & that those two are going to be more $$ than he wants to spend.

Actually, I just signed for Usenetservers to check it out. So far so good. Good complettion, no daily quota (or so they say, Ill be testing that theory soon enough), and server is fast. I like.
