For me kratom has been my go to cure all. the DEA/FDA is trying to ban it. I use it for anxiety, back pain, relaxation...
When you google it, you'll find a lot of controversy. Don't believe the anti-kratom hype. It's not 'herbal heroin' or anything even close. You don't get 'high' - although you do feel nice from it. Wayyyyyyyyyyyy less impairing than weed or alcohol.
