Websitebilling and Hollywood Fla Collection Agency.
There comes a point after you have been bs'd to enough times that you no longer care about the money and it becomes a point of honor to get to the bottom of something.
A warning to all those involved: If you lie to me or rip me off you will never live it down in public. This is going to be your legacy. Pay what you owe now. We have contacted a collection agency in Hollywood Florida and are beginning to negotiate a collection strategy. We were referred through the people at missingdebtor.com. If you are one of the guys who is in the same boat as we are and are owed over $2000 you can contact us at [email protected]. The more people involved and the higher the amount the easier this will be. |

Just a tip to the various billers...If there is a problem come clean right up front. If no one is going to be paid for 90 days tell us. Don't keep giving out endless "check in the mail" or "your address info is incorrect" excuses. Everyone knows these are tough times and can accept some problems. Don't make it worse with excuses. As far as collection percentages that depends on the total amounts. At the very least I can get someone there to do a demand in person, and maybe pick up some checks. |
Sorry to hear that you didn't get paid yet.
I got my check this week and it was a bigass check! was for jan15 to feb15. I guess yours won't take much longer to get there. Took them a long time but they seem to get back on track. I'll forgive them and send traffic again. |

What sponsor is this?

Well if enough people go against them all they would really need to do is file for bankrupcy.
then you lose all money owed to you plus what you paid out to begin this process. |

Shoplifter
We have requested that we not see a dime untill WSB catches up with all the money owed to webmasters. I was told from WSB that everyone was paid up till Feb 28 and that they are back on track again. I would like everyone that feels that they are owed to send me an icq and I will return there questions and if anyone is owed I will personally make sure they get paid. Please send me an icq 76002502 As everyone has heard before. WSB had problems but everyone should be caught up now. If they missed anyone icq me and I will stay on it untill every question has been answered and everyone gets paid. I think it may just be a few isolated issues now but I want to make sure so please icq me. |

Get a collection agency after them! |

I'm sure WSB would want you to believe that all they have to do is declare bankruptcy and get off scott free. |

It doesn't seem to be isolated...From what I gather through talking with people it's about 50-50 as to whether or not they are paid. It's certainly not just me. And I can't promise that the collection issue will go anywhere for anyone, but I absolutely can get them to go there and do an official demand for the funds. It's better than waiting for nothing. |
It's not just affiliates WSB is screwing over. I run my own sites and WSB has collected payment from my members, then not paid it to me nor my affiliates that are sending me the signups.

for the record, im not blaming CFF.
Im just tired of the bullshit circling the whole thing. cff and crew rock, like a Big Boy burger ;) :smokin |

We've gotten no payment since January (for the December period). WSB chief sales rep Mike Sperber has repeatedly lied to me on the phone, promising many times he'll call me back, then never doing so; promising repeatedly that the money is coming this week for sure and it never does; etc. It's sad on another level because Mike was a guy I really trusted. I did not think he and the WSB crew would act like common thieves and liars. Their accountant has not responded to emails or phone calls either. Isn't there a code of ethics among accountants? Whe would she shirk her ethical duties? Maybe she's not really an accountant? Anybody relying on WSB after this point is foolhardy. Even if they paid you recently, what do you say about all of the rest of us that they are turning their back on? Screw us? Trusting a company who operates like that is dangerous. |
You're better off doing it yourself. The first thing a collection office has to do is give the "debtor" a chance to dispute the "debt", which I'm sure they will. Then the burden of proof is on you which can get pretty sticky since most have their build in "outs" right in their T.O.S. plus collection agencies are governed by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act because they are 3rd party collectors.
All they will do is call and send letters, (both of which are easily stopped), you can do that yourself. |
... you are doing the right thing, if they owe you money, make them pay !!
