cheap funerals when an accident happens. a pile of teeth on a paper towel :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

It will cost too much to make it viable. Concorde failed because not enough people were willing to spend the extra $1,000 to get to their destination faster. Slower 747s made a fortune.

Concorde flights were jam-packed.

It got pulled because of the crashes.

actually, both you and Paul are correct. They lowered the amount of passengers because they were packed and the crashes. However, Paul's correct, the actual airline was not making enough money with rising maintenance costs & the slump of flights due to September 11th.

The university where where I studied has developed a similar project in the late 70's of the past century. Perhaps Mask has been a student of that university too :winkwink:

Concord failed, because a tire exploded caught a plane on fire and everyone died. It was a failure in the design and couldn't be fixed to stop it from happening again so they had to cease operating those aircraft.

after this happened, they continued the flights, it was the finance that actually put a stop to the flights. The crash happened in 2000, they closed in 2003 :2 cents:

Just needs about 8,019 more of those and you're going to Vegas, baby!

Then 8,020 more to get back.
