Sucks to be a Mailman
 

The mailman in my neighborhood doesn't have it as easy as others. Just 20 minutes ago, three big black kids came up to him and stole some mail from him. Last week two white skateboarder kids ran off with one of his bags after he said something to him. During the winter he needs to trek down our icy block to deliver 4 pieces of mail. Then there are my dogs, they don't seem to like him either. I give him 6 more months on the job until he either kills his co-workers or worse, quits! Sucks to be a mailman.

Actually, my neighborhood is really quiet and nice. The only action that goes on is the crap that happens with the mailman, and let's not forget, I live in NYC!

You live in a nice neighborhood where people threaten the mailman and steal the mail (a federal offense, I might point out). Do the tupperware ladies commit arson, too?

Our mail lady is just an idiot. She delivers mail to us that belongs to other people.

I have all my checks sent to a mail service place. I don't trust my mail lady for shit.

The mailman and my dog dont get along either. They have this evil stardown with each other every time they meet. It's pretty funny to watch. It's like an old cowboy movie or something.

If Im outside doing yard work in the morning... I have to be sure to tie my dog down when he comes around.

My dog is a really nice loving dog... but for some reason she hates the mailman.

I figure the guy has been bit so many times before... he fears dogs, and carries himself in a manner that frightens my dog.

No such good thing has a good neighborhood in NYC.
