I know there are a few Porncash closing thread here. But I just thought it was really funny how they added a certain part in their email to the webmasters:

Sounds like they are starting up a 4th Porncash venture. From what I understand they do this every couple of years. Now I know they may payout pretty well, and not shave as much as others, but all this bank hopping sets off so many red flags, makes you wonder if you should do business with people like this.
