Yerp. Drops dont work no more.
Google layed the smack down with a new filter which basically only gives you the PR of links to your domain since last known change of ownership. IE a domain drops and comes back, only new links count for PR. HENCE, the DMOZ or YAhoo links that it was getting PR from previously, wont stand for shit, and you'll have PR0. You will get indexed str8 away tho!

... yes, yahoo is a great place to search for expired domains, you wouldn´t belive how many of those adult listings expire.
