Use filters to filter out the spam. Use keywords like opt-in, subscribe, etc. These words are in most of these mails.

I filter all emails to a directory and check this once a day. Never missed any email due to the filter :thumbsup

I have been getting a shit load of porn spam too, for about the last month. I have even been getting designers spamming me to use their design services. So really good point. They must be total morons
