It works for me via API.
Two years ago, I had this "app" developed:

It controls ypour Paxum account via API. The nice thing with Paxum API is that you can set what type of transactions are allowed via API, so you can allow for internal transfers but disallow transfers to other accounts. It's a really nice feature and the small "app" is easy to setup and run.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You cost over double what I paid for my Payooner card... Payooner took 5 days to deliver a card, you took over 3 weeks, even though I paid for the expedited service... when I contacted your company about the delivery I got the biggest load of BS I have ever heard... Why charge $90 odd dollars when you can't deliver a fast service...
As I said I wouldn't be doing business with you if it wasn't for the one client... I think your back end system sucks !
