Account Terminated... again.
 

It always amazes me how many of these affiliate programs handle issues with their promoters (me). Totally unprofessional.

I know it is hard for a lot of you program managers to believe this, but there are legitmate people out there who can make phenomenal conversion ratios. Yeah, they might be few and far between, but when I sign up for an affiliate program, I consider myself your employee/salesman. And I exepect to be treated like your employee/salesman. Is it that fucking hard? I am not even asking for benefits! I get sales for you and you pay me, simple enough.

So, where does it state that you can treat me like a piece of shit after I just spent 30 hours designing a nice site to promote your sites, only to get slapped in the face when I try to login into my account a week later and get -- Account Terminated.

WTF!

If you can't treat your promoters/employees with respect, then don't let anyone signup to promote your sites, do it yourself. All I ask is that you let me know that there is something strange going on with my account and you want me to explain. I will respond as most who are honest will. Create a fucking template if you get a lot of suspicious accounts like this! Those who are really cheating will not respond. I will!

Out of 4 of my accounts, with different affiliates, that have been terminated so far, only 1 has treated me with respect. And I respect them even more for that. They didn't just shut my account down, they let the stats still run while being under investigation. 2 were reactivated after my explanation, and 1 is just shut off or so called terminated, because it just happened, hence this rant.

I have to ask, so what are you doing to be terminated ? I treat all my partners as that, partners. So I'm just curious as to why you are pissing people off.

Believe me guys, I always read the rules! I go through the terms & conditions with a fine tooth comb to avoid this. I do not ever SPAM, cheat or anything of the sort. I just know how to convert. It is plain and simple.

I just want to be respected.

So what were you terminated for?

If you have amazing conversions and they are legitimate, it's their fault for terminating you, they should be checking the amount of chargebacks/cancels not your conversions.

August '02 - SilverCash - just down right shut my account down - Was reactivated.

Jan '03 - Hawg's Cash - Just down right shut my account down - Was reactivated.

March '03 - SIC Cash - Just stop paying me and started an investigation, but still letting me in to check stats - still pending reactivation

Apr '03 - WEG Cash - tonight just shut down my account with Account Terminated/Authorities notified

Can't say... but I tell you it is totally legit. I have sponsors that understand an accept. And as you can see from above, once the programs see, they understand it is alright or I would have not been reactivated.

Probably SE Spam or making your own tours and linking directly to the join page. Sponsors should have no problem with SE spam thou, they just might get suspicious if ratios are too good.

Account canceled because your ratios are too good? Are there a bunch of charge backs? Spam complaints. That doesn't make any sense.

This is what I am saying. Does this warrant them to shut down my account without asking me first. That is totally unprofessional. Ask first then, make your decision.

If you e-mail me, I will personally check on the status of your account. Understand that we are notified directly from our primary CC processor.. that they are seeing "unusual" activity.. . ie: unusually low conversions, similar ips, and emails....

since we pay out weekly... we then put the account on hold for further review.... IF in fact.... the signups "check out"... we will reopen the account...and pay all legitimate funds and for any signups during the suspension... If the signups are fraudulent.. meaning excessive credits/chargebacks... mulitiple signups from the same ips and emails.. with patterned cancels... we do not get paid... plus we get charged a penalty fee... so yes.. you will most likely get frauded...

again... if you would contact me I would be more than happy to personally look through your account.

I will personlly be on my way to phoenix in the morning.. but I will get back to you ...asap...

in closing... I promote a very open communication with all of my accounts... if you have any questions... you can reach me easily via icq or e-mail... if indeed you are legit... we will pay.. always have always will... maybe i shouldn't have posted this as I prolly just encouraged.. whiners post on gfy...lol

Sounds like Pornfreak needs to start his own program and direct all his traffic to it. Hopefully he won't terminate himself!

This is to damn weird... 4 Major Sponsors have been closing your account ... (if it's not spam... then it's obvious we are talking about CREDIT CARD FRAUD ) ... that's the explanation for " AUTHORITIES NOTICED" or whatever that sponsor wrote you..Maybe there is someone outthere hating your guts... and makes stupid fake sign ups using your links.. ( he prolly knows where to find them, - on your site/s ofcourse ) , in that case I would advice you to start over with new domain/s and site/s , but this time be more carefull and if that faggot exits don't let him get your links again.The same shit happen to me a few months ago and I had no other choice but to start over..and now I am doing pretty well.
Don't rely on the ideea that the sponsors are fucked up.. think about it, those are big companies that pay every time, as long as you don't brake the rules.It's just my opinion.Anyway , good luck.

Greg, I will tell you what, I will sign up for your program for the sole reason, that is the most straight forward response I have heard on this board yet from a sponser.

That's not to take away from others, but way to stand behind your product.

This is why I am scared shitless when it comes to starting a affiliate program. Someone does a bunch of fraud charges(I am not saying you Pornfreak), too many charge backs and I lose my processing. Way scary lol.

What are you conversion rates like? 1:10?

Now I dont understand if he has a low conversion rate because he is a guru and he isnt getting alot of chargebacks or cancels. Why freeze his account?Is someone tracking this or is it a program that automatically shuts it off when certain numbers are hit. If he worked for me I would have him over for dinner every Sunday lol.

You guy's have overlooked the fact in may be a per email sign up or per click, or other trial sign up conversion. Sponser's under these these type of accounts, count on the webmaster to have very little marketing ability, in particular for these types of programs. If it is indeed this type of account, it does not surprise me in the least they terminate the account..
