It's kind of funny you brought this up. A friend of mine and I were talking the other day about buying up a bunch of assault-style rifles like AK's and AR's. If Hillary wins there will be a run on guns just like there was after Obama won and you couldn't find AR's in most stores. If Trump wins, the price may not go up, but a person could likely sell them and come close to breaking even. Could be a worthwhile risk if it starts to look like Hillar is pulling away.

Firearms are legal almost everywhere (I don't know a single county where a citizen can't buy at least a shotgun), but only in the States fatal mass shootings is a daily routine, which does not even deserve to be highlighted in the news...

Good, because mass shootings here is an extremely rare thing. Yes, lots of people die of firearms somewhere in North Caucasus region (Dagestan, Ingushetia etc), because we have a counter-terror war against radical Islamists there (watch it on youtube). It's like the Israeli Gaza strip, but much larger. Unfortunately this territory makes a huge stats for a homicide rate in Russia.

However everybody here can't get a license and buy firearms even online. E.g. in Tiger Gun shop and many others. Also there is a lot of shooting clubs/ranges. For example, the biggest indoor shooting range in the World is located in Moscow: 'The Object' indoor shooting range, and it's not in America, it's in Russia. Surprised? :) Most of those places are open 24/7 and you don't need any license to practice there with any type of firearms. This information may surprise you, because western media says that firearms are illegal in Russia. That's not true of course.

Face to Face is completely legal and untraceable gun sales. You only need a background check if you are buying from a dealer..

Perhaps some states have extra rules, but most F2F is completely legal. Hence the reason the whole background check never stops guns getting into the hands of criminals and felons.

The simple fact is when nutters go crazy, they buy anything. When Obama was elected you couldn't even find shitty guns.. (meaning assault rifles) even ammo was sold out for months.

AK47 is a good gun. AR's are better but if all you are looking at is profit then the AK gets you more bang for the buck. You can generally buy a decent mil surplus AK for $500-600 but $500-600 will just get you a shitty AR clone.

Even older SKS will sell good and you can buy them in the $350-450 range.

They won't lose any value unless you buy them on an uptick..

What are the best AKs these days that are available? I had a Russian one with milled receiver that was great but I also had a Chinese made one the was a pile of shit. I would love to get a really nice vintage one with all hardwood furniture. :2 cents:

Russian-made of course and Israeli ones. Well those Galil are not real AK's, but their deep modifications. Anyways they have a very good quality. The Chinese shit literally explode in your arms. Not even mention the jams.

What if someone kills someone with a car you sold them or a hammer.. Typically the easy check to cover yourself is to only sell to someone that has a concealed carry permit. This way you have reasonable assumption they are not a felon.

Ak's were $175 a pop when Bill Clinton was pres. I had a metal folding stock and a wooden stock one. AR's were $400-$500 then. But china was dumping them cheap ak's here at rock bottom prices.
