What would be your ideal retirement age?

Do you want to retire one day or would you prefer to keep on working till the end? If you could choose your ideal life at what age would you want to retire?

CurrentlySober 09-17-2016 05:27 AM

Pretty much what you do all day anyway..

Paul Markham 09-18-2016 04:16 AM

My aim was 50, met Eva and moved it to 60. Managed to reduce it to 58.

absolutely :thumbsup

We film in the sun, edit outdoors on the balcony, live cam online, drinking, smoking, partying with friends & enjoying a great life...

that's the pros for being in porn... seems like Gary & I are living in heaven already :thumbsup

j3rkules 09-18-2016 05:04 AM

My aim is 50.

wehateporn 09-18-2016 05:08 AM

When I was in an office job I would have wanted retirement immediately, whereas now that I'm working for myself from home I'm quite contented, I would be happy to work into my 70's part time, as long as I can still see and type, no major pains etc. I really want to keep my brain going as long as possible

Each year after 70 I would reduce the hours a bit, then by 80 probably wouldn't be doing so much anymore, unless I enjoyed it. Realistically though I might well be long dead well before

Manfap 09-18-2016 06:51 AM

I plan a career shift rather than retirement.

Vineyard, olives or almonds.

armysmoke 09-18-2016 07:02 AM

Plan on retiring in 6 years.

Bryan G 09-18-2016 07:13 AM

Why retire if you enjoy what you do and are still able to do it?

Rochard 09-18-2016 08:03 AM

I had pretty much retired after Lightspeed Cash until Playboy made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

No complaints at all. I mean, other than it's 8am on a Sunday morning and I am uploading a new gallery from Webmaster Access to YNOT Shoot Me.....

Brian mike 09-18-2016 08:43 AM

55 but it will be 65 :pimp

SBJ 09-18-2016 11:10 AM

I retired 2 years ago..

Well actually my factory job of 11 years (before porn) offered me my pension in one lump sum in 2014. I took the money and ran. :2 cents:

TheDynasty 09-18-2016 11:14 AM

Why retire when you have nothing to worry about?

Nicky 09-18-2016 01:35 PM

50 sounds nice

Jigster715 09-18-2016 09:26 PM

I like mixing business with pleasure. No retirement planned.

My ideal would be 55
But at the rate I'm going..... roughly... 110, 120 give or take.

Exactly :pimp

Paul Markham 09-19-2016 03:23 AM

Make sure you have enough put away to afford retirement.

Adnium_Ivana 09-19-2016 06:46 AM

I'm not sure tbh...I'm nowhere near the so called retirement age so I can't tell. I do know that I hate being idle all day so I'd probably want to work in some capacity until I won't be able to

ianmoone332000 09-19-2016 07:40 AM

20 or 30 years from now robots will be doing the majority of todays jobs and we will all just get a weekly payment to get by on. You heard it here first folks

scarlettcontent 09-19-2016 07:57 AM

50 .

Because there is more to life than work... :2 cents:

OldJeff 09-19-2016 10:57 AM

46, but that was 6 years ago, so fuck

sirkonstantine 09-20-2016 01:42 AM

According to my retirement plan, in 15 years but, tbh, even if I did have the retirement fund, I think I would never truly retire. I took a year off 2 years ago and ended up being bored and miserable. Work is truly a gift and, more specifically, overcoming resistance is fucking amazing.

I'd probably find a new project to work on until my health prevents me from doing so :)

Of course there is. Thats not what I was implying, having a nice balance of work and life is what is important and I do. I'm self employed now and can easily find a balance between my work and family/social life.

candyflip 09-20-2016 02:03 PM

My wife retires with a full pension and benefits at 47. 6 years and counting.

I think what Scott was meaning was more of the modern day FIRE people. The dream of saving enough to life off investment income while doing things that you have always dreamed. Travel, building your own company, volunteering, spending time with family, etc etc. It's a pretty big movement nowadays for people who bust their ass from mid 20s until 35-50 and retire early due to being financially independent from saving more than 50% of their come and investing it in the markets to get to their FIRE goal $ where their lifestyle is sustainable purely on investment returns without touching their actual honey pot.

There is a good sub reddit for it /r/financialindependence - worth a read now and again.

Aleksandra BongaCash 09-20-2016 02:41 PM

I would prefer to keep on working 😉 it's always good when you do something you like, so why retire?!
