I have affiliates that are doing under 1:100 pushing EdPowers.com with strictly TGP traffic. (of course some are doing higher ratios....but if yer good...it is definitely possible to get 1:200)

You have a choice of payouts:

$28-$35 on regular tours sliding scale
$25 per sign on no pop up tours
60% revshare on regular tours
50% revshare on no pop up tours....

I do ok with Primecash (sig).
Don't have a lot of sites to promote, but they convert pretty well.
