    Rant Pornhub wants to own the rights to my content and take my rights away

    so PornHub, why would I want you to own my content & give me no permissions to reproduce my content?



    anyone else having this problem?

    Is this legal? Why would I give my content away & have no rights for my own content?

                      But.. Those are amateur videos, like cell phone videos, that wouldn't legally be allowed normally because of 2257 and other things that individuals aren't going to be doing.

                              Choose a different type of producer account instead of Amateur Payment Program. Maybe try content partner.

For example, if you had your own forum as part of your business -- you may not not be able to use that content only verbatim in its entirety -- big loophole that you might be able drive a truck through.

                                                  That is the way I see the intention -- without going into Pornhub's rational in the matter.

                                                          but as many users, I post my clips and partial movies if not full on this tube and others like xhamster, and already done. I'm certainly not going to remove any from other tubes.
