I'm actually throwing around the idea of building a $20k one like this next spring.

why limit yourself to one house for a billion when you can buy 20 x 50million$ houses and have 20 kick ass places to live...this one aint even that pretty...

so for about 12k and maybe 100k you could have a nice house in the mountains in France by purchasing the land & dropping one of those there :thumbsup

I live in the United States in actually one of the cheaper states to live in. Why the hell would I spend $100k to live in a country where I don't speak the language.

I've rented most of my life and this is a cheap way to own a place of my own and not having to work for my place but having my place work for me. Over the years I've paid as little as $350 (the 90's) a month rent to $1,600 (Arizona homes with pools) a month rent.
