Embattled Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort resigns
Paul Manafort campaign chairman for Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump is seen in New York.
Donald Trump's campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, suddenly resigned Friday amid a team shakeup and new reports delving into his pro-Russian work for a political party in Ukraine. Trump announced Manafort's departure in a statement. "This morning Paul Manafort offered, and I accepted, his resignation from the campaign. I am very appreciative for his great work in helping to get us where we are today, and in particular his work guiding us through the delegate and convention process. Paul is a true professional and I wish him the greatest success." Manafort took over the GOP nominee's operation after Trump fired campaign manager Corey Lewandowski in June. But earlier this week, Trump suddenly elevated pollster Kellyanne Conway to campaign manager and Breitbart News executive Stephen Bannon to campaign CEO - an apparent demotion for Manafort. That shakeup occurred after Trump struggled to regain his footing following last month's political conventions. A series of firestorms, including Trump's public feud with a Gold Star family and his provocative quip about "Second Amendment people," have since roiled his White House bid. The most recent RealClearPolitics average of recent national polls gave Democrat Hillary Clinton a 6-point lead over Trump. Manafort has also been battling weeks of critical scrutiny, from Yahoo News and other outlets, related to his ties to Russian political interests in Ukraine. This is a breaking story. Please check back for updates. |
Imagine this guy's NDA conditions.
11 more days, brass. can't wait either. :thumbsup |
It's not like he was getting paid anyway. That's right...he took the job for no salary because he was being paid very well by Russian interests to modify the Republican platform. His job was not to run Donald Trump's campaign.
The new guy is much better. He's in charge of the site that's informed Trump's politics, so look for his campaign to run further off the rails. |
They're saying his foreign lobbying efforts broke federal law.
|
LOL! I knew this was coming.
|
How much did Ukraine pay him?

Most of us already know he says the wrong thing. Why did it take him so long to find out? |
So, Trump had a Russian mole advising him :upsidedow
|
You knew this was coming, which is why he brought in his new team.
This is just insane. Republicans are complaining about how crooked Clinton is, yet... We have Trump being the most crooked candidate we have ever had. |

When will John Podesta, Hillarys campaign manager follow suit.
Involved in the same scandal. The head of Hillary Clinton?s presidential campaign is linked to a Russian bank involved with an emerging international scandal, according to documents reported on Tuesday. Registration forms indicate that the Podesta Group signed up to lobby for the Sberbank of Russia in Washington about a month ago, in early March. The bank has been implicated in a scheme unearthed on Sunday in which leaders worldwide illegally stashed their assets overseas. The Podesta Group was founded by John Podesta, the chairman of Clinton?s 2016 campaign for president and a chief of staff to former president Bill Clinton. His brother, Anthony Podesta, is listed as a lobbyist for the account on the March filing.? My guess is never. |

yes guys, believe the propaganda that Russia is your reanimated enemy again, while there is no argument for that whatsoever. Just believe it. Russia bad. Good boy.
History repeating with the communism propaganda of the 50s. And still everybody falls for it, again... a lot of people are so extremely stupid. |

Anyway, before these 6 months or so we never heard of them for years, if not decades. Why now? Question it damnit. Educate yourself how media works, who owns them, and why do they broadcast? Do you think they want to objectively inform you? And as for this topic, now that they injected the western public for half a year with anti Russia propaganda, any links with Russia are being sought for people they don't want to become powerful. Because now the sheep hear 'Russia', and being conditioned for months, the first thing they think is 'bad'. You think Clinton doesn't have any indirect and direct links with Russia? She had been on the international political stage for half her life, if anyone has an undeniable link with Russia it's her. And is that bad? Of course not. |

From what you've told me, someone has a link to a bank that has a scandal going on. And that means almost nothing. That's like saying "There was a robbery in Richard's hometown last night, thus I cannot trust Richard". If the bank has a history of shady deals for the past ten years, then maybe you might have something. But even then you have to prove some kind of a link. I've grown rather tried of people drawing imaginary lines from A to B and then making accusations with no proof. In this case, you have someone who has a link to a bank that might be in a scandal. It might have nothing to do with him. Compare that to someone who ran a political administration in a foreign country. The impression that I get is that he didn't work for this administration, but he was more or less in charge. And there seems to be fraud everywhere. Republicans are screaming "Hillary is crooked" yet we've read tens of thousands of her emails and investigated her over a dozen times and yet we have nothing. No smoking gun. No charges. No real proof of anything done wrong - ever. I don't like Hillary, but I'm sorry... All of these charges against her are just pure bullshit. If we really wanted to get at the truth, we would have investigated everyone other than Hillary. And that isn't going to happen. |

These are the facts of what Russia is doing, not propaganda. |
He is on average 5% down nationally. That is after the media has been absolutely relentlessly beating on him, and his campaign is in shambles.
In two to three weeks, people are going to get bored of the media hitting him and not Clinton. This race is by NO MEANS over. No Clinton supporter should relax. |

The electoral college is tilted heavily in Clinton's favor and right now she is putting states like Mississippi, Georgia, S. Carolina and Missouri in play. These should all be easily held red states, but now Trump is going to have fight just to hang onto them. Continuing as he has been doing won't get it done. He is either going to have to change course on on campaign or kick ass in the debates or this may end up being a landslide. |

BTW, called it. Predicted that the establishment controlled mainstream media would go on an anti Trump rampage the closer the elections come. If this insane aggressive wide-spread brainwash campaign doesn't work and they think Trump still has a chance coming november, you can bet on it that they'll make sure he can't run, one way or the other. |

We've already been informed that Russian altered emails will be released in October. The media will hit hard on Clinton next week and pretend Trumps reset was a success so they can keep it a close horse race and keep taking in the dough. |

And no one has made Trump look bad other than Trump himself. LOL. |
