ADAMO not paying salaries now?
 

Hi guys, I worked at ADAMO adult ad network and left the company starting from August.

After I decided to leave the company Judy Shalom CEO of ADAMO I suppose decided that she doesn't need me anymore and that can be the reason of not paying salary for last worked month. I see these actions as unprofessional and short-sighted thus just would like to share with you this case. Imagine if it's ok attitude inside the company what attitude is to clients, publishers and advertisers?

If you have similar story with this company please make it public, if you think I'm moron and don't have the right to write the truth, your comments again welcome. If Judy has anything to say, it's more than welcome also.

No black PR here or anything, just a story to warn others and bring up the true.

Great ADAMO ads review OP! I'm interested in the company's side of this discussion. Maybe they'll pay your remaining salary. I would also recommend you talk to a labor attorney. A month's salary is enough to go to court for. (Which also makes me wonder why you'd go to GFY to instead of court).

Do you know the country where is ADAMO (adamoads.com) is legally situated? :)

here in the US you need to file with the labor office (if you are salaried) and they fight for you for free.

I stopped reading after that, thread title incredibly misleading and chances are no one besides those involved will ever know exactly what happened, but clearly, they both feel ripped!

ADAMO is taking these accusations and libelous statements seriously and will not engage in any form of discussion on social media or forums about the issue. The contract between ADAMO and Alexander Ostashevskiy was a service contract and not an employee contract. All attempts at reasonable communication and resolution from ADAMO were rejected.

1. Yes I was a contractor, as the whole adamoads team is, so what?
2. "fulfill your obligations" - well as I think the company didn't meet its obligations, I can not to meet mine, right? So you can check the part of the contract regarding fees/salaries:

3. In July I wrote a lot of messages email and mostly Skype just asking for June salary, now imagine what, 20 days I write and no fucking response:

Were you the only employee they withheld pay from and what specific obligations did they you didn't fulfill?

Yeah, was thinking the same, but he should at least be paid what he is owed upon termination. Sounds like OP had to repeatedly ask for June salary in July, so either they are having money issues or weren't liking OP's production.

you posted the exact same thread on a different board 1 day before you did it on GFY, so I recanted for the inquiring minds here, how it played out there, to avoid us all staring at the thread and waiting for answers. I provided a service so that we could all get back to work and be more productive and potentially meet our obligations.

If you are getting fucked, I wish you the best and hope it gets resolved. I can assure you though, that this thread will not bring you any resolution. It does appear that a lot of people here share your opinion of this company.

I reached out saying they look bad and should address they said that they will not. If they are in the right I don't see why they wouldn't take the time to clarify the situation. Especially since many seem to believe OP

From experience, I don't think either party should ever comment publicly about a possible legal issue until it has been resolved. In general, nothing good can come from it.

I think it is best to wait until all is said and done, then share your experience, which will carry much more weight when it includes a positive outcome in your favor.

I know that sounds "wimpy" and I get that provides no entertainment value for the GFY'ers, but likely Adamo has a lawyer saying "whatever you do, don't fucking comment publicly about anything"

You know guys what I was thinking about today also... I think it's Judy who signed some NDA or other contract, maybe with Ero, Jan, that prohibits Judy right to write anything anywhere, that's why you can find only posts everywhere and messages that Judy tell other people to write down but never give any input by herself.
