Cologroup - Whats really going on
 

OK, so here is whats happening as I know everyone is wondering. Cologroup, as far as the company, employees, and customers are all the same. Myles has nothing to do with my company. He simply stole the domain name and is trying to extort money, equipment and customers from me. He is reading my email and doing a nuber of other things.

Our customers will receive an email tonite explaining what is going on, and I assure you that there are no problems other than legal problems related to our name being stolen from a fired employee. Following my email to our customers, I will be more willing to talk on the boards, but in the mean time, I will just stay off, as I do not need to argue with Myles. I am seriously upset about what he is doing, and if he thinks he is making friends by doing this and yapping on GFY, he is wrong.

The name "Cologroup" has been dragged through the mud because of this drama, I would just say fuck it and get a new domain and register a new business and get all clients to make their payments payable to the new business.

I will have the site up in a few days, but our customers need to update there DNS with the new info. These name servers point back to the original ones. The DNS for Cologroup.com is running off a copy Myles stole from us the morning he transferred the domain. If you do not change your DNS to pimpshost.com name servers and you are a customer of ours, Myles can turn your DNS off.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but at this point, Myles can have cologroup.com and all the problems he created for it. I am confident that my customers who deal with me, do not mind the DNS change and the domain change if it means the end of the problems with Myles. I have spoken with many of my customers and they understand this and the situation we where put in.

With fuckups like this i'd find another job instead a new domain.

I never had any bad experiences with Jason. The whole Myles drama was too bad it happened to him. He'll recover from this and move on.

Thank you for the support. As far as I have seen, our service has been better then ever with over 200 servers going for 2 weeks strait without a failure. I am actually looking forward to the name change and a brighter future for our company with a better image.

Jay I am supporting cutomers you stole from me when you put the servers in your name in San Diego. I worked a day to get the DNS working for customers of your and mine whereby I receive no compensation whatsoever. You have committed massive libel and you lie so easily where in person you agree you feel bad about taking the revenue for fire years of my work. Where is your emloyment contract Jay? Where is a cashed paycheck? You know working 100 hour weeks at minimum wage for 5 years with no vacation adds up to $150,000 year? Where's the paycheck Jay?

And you imply that I am extorting? Again Jay where's the proof other than your lies. I told you point blank I didn't want money I wanted my customers and I am happy to discuss business. You're the one with the felony I have a clean police and civil record.

And moreover you committed fraud putting our coorporate records in your name and our equity as well.

You should send email to your own domain. I am happy to forward your mail I don't want it on my server.

If I ever got an email from a host telling me that I had to change my DNS because an ex-employee hijacked their shit and could shut my sites off......

I would change my DNS.......to another hosting company.

Its not just a hosting company. I have a personal relationship with my customers and I would do anything for them, so would my employees. The name has nothing to do with it, which is why I am ready to walk away from the name and just move on. Either way, Im fucking pissed off, Myles...GO FUCKYOURSELF....Im done with this thread.
