Presidential polls are being rigged
And a great example of that occurred right here on GFY. Bladewire and I were going back and forth about the polls in this thread at the end of the conventions. Up until and during the conventions the results from political ticker fell pretty much in line with everywhere else. But just after the conventions I noticed something strange. Political ticker removed some of the demographic break downs they had just the day before. Within a matter of hours the statistics leaned towards Clinton dramatically. I'm talking 70-80 percentage point changes. So much so they didn't match any other polls or polling statistic sites around even close.
If you look at the site now it's still that way. I've been visiting the site every day to see if they corrected their "glitch" but they haven't. I've even seen the site be redirected to a sedo page since then. So they actually even considered taking the site down because they can't make their new formula work with the real world. Well today I run across this article where a reporter is questioning someone at 538 which runs Political Ticker about their polls and sure enough the owner Nate Silver is a liberal who was freaking out about Hillary's polling numbers so he "changed the model" in her favor. RealTrueNews: "Is it fair to say that Silver is worried?" 538 Source: "In a panic. Our business model is predicated on making liberals feel better about the election. Right now? It's a disaster." RTN: "So what are you doing?" 538: "Well, we're changing the model for starters. There were a few hours when the server was showing the real projections and while traffic was pretty high, let me tell you, it was a melt-down politically." RTN: "What do you mean?" 538: "Well, Nate's a liberal. No secret there. When he saw what was happening he flipped out. Had us look for bugs--something gone wrong--looking at the feeds. Of course nothing was wrong. Nothing had changed. Then he got on the phone with his people embedded with Q-Pac and Survey Monkey and PPP and all those guys--" RTN: "Wait--embedded?" 538: "Huh? Oh, yeah--it's a big social club. The pollsters all work together. We have a Slack-room that's sharing all kinds of results and skews and all that. That's how we keep it all orderly." RTN: "Orderly?" 538: "Sure--what? You think it's . . . random? Come on. Who do you think pays for the polls? People who want results. You're buying media. It's like ads or . . . I don't know. Like newspaper stories? You pay 30k for a poll of Florida, it says what you want." RTN: "But what about on election day?" 538: "Oh--we drive it. You set the expectations ahead of time. It's called pre-loading. You'd be surprised how we can fine-tune things. Mass belief is powerful. The problem here is (a) not everyone plays nice. Fox is rogue. Rasumssen was . . . bad. They were doing real polling. Also, there's like a game of chicken. At the start of the cycle we do real polling so that everyone knows how they better buy in. This time . . . Trump just caught us by surprise. The impact was so big--it came on so fast--Hillary just collapsed." RTN: "What--what happens next?" 538: "I don't know, man. There are a bunch of smaller groups out there doing real polls. I don't know if anyone can keep this under wraps. They had to talk Silver off the edge of the building yesterday. It was bad." RTN: "He was literally going to throw himself out a window?" 538: "Yeah--he was--well, but we're on the second floor. He was just really pissed. I mean, he got a call from the White House telling him to fix it and shit." RTN: "Wow." 538: "Wow is right." realtruenews |
But when Trump is ahead they are 'word' :2 cents:
|
The only thing that's rigged is Trumps hair.

So Nate Silver is going for 3 months of liberal traffic at which point he will be proven catastrophically wrong and essentially ruin his reputation and site. Sounds legit. :thumbsup:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

That's the problem with you idiots. You seek out confirmation bias by devouring any trash right wing "journalist" write. They do this because no will ever fact check them, and the morons who prowl those sites for information eat it up and ask for seconds. By the way, you're the moron I'm talking about. |

You're spreading misinformation out of desperation to support Trump. You have a black issue, clearly :1orglaugh |
ofcourse its rigged. It's all out war against Trump in the media. It's all bullshit, just to sway the public opinion. Polls are of course a big part of the agenda.
Remember Brexit? Betting played a huge part in the propaganda of the 'Remain' side (the same establishment that is pro Clinton) because betting is huge in the UK. So they pumped about 80 million pounds in biggest betting site Betfair on 'Remain', rigging the odds for Leave 10 to 1. Which led to alot of people believing actual people bet on Remain, that's why the vote for 'Leave' came as a surprise. Pure propaganda, which luckily failed in the end. These same powers are at work now for the presidential race. It's all complete bullshit, you can't trust anything anymore - news, polls, etc. You can bet on it that the real numbers are still at least 50/50. |

Appears someone else is now in control of the domain name POLITICAL TICKER: Presidential Election 2016 Real-Time Forecast (Live Updates) || PoliticalTicker.com there must have been some falling out over at 538 and whoever had control of the name has switched sides and/or isn't down with the fixing.....

Another poll rigging exposure this time abc news. You can visit the link to see it for youself. Without voting you see Hillary as the winner. If you do vote Hillary is not only losing to Trump but Jill Stein as well.

Nate Silver of 538 Gives Trump 2% chance of being Republican Nominee
2% Chance Nate Silver on how he screwed up on Trump Oops How 538 readjusted polls after the fact to benefit Clinton Polls being readjusted As for arguing about polls, how about the recent accuracy of polling. Brexit was losing in all the major polls before the election, and we saw how that turned out. How many state primaries did not follow the polls just this year? Last year the Democrat candidate for Governor of KY led in every mainstream poll by 5% or more right up until the election, but lost by over 9% - meaning every single mainstream poll in that state was wrong by at least 14% or more. And yet you guys want to keep arguing over polls? |

come on now lets get real here...Trumps campaign is built on a foundation of uneducated white men |
